The best websites serve a purpose so valuable, that the cost of the website means little in the long run. This Delta Star Digital Marketing case study is from a project we did with a local therapist who was looking for a website. She invested in a website; it was one of the best investments she’s made in her practice so far.

Background

RPS is the recently established private practice of Dr. Julia Rizzo. Offering a variety of psychotherapeutic services, Dr. Rizzo reached out to Delta Star shortly after establishing her practice to build a website.

Dr. Rizzo wanted to establish an online presence to help attract clients to her practice; however, like many therapeutic practices, wanted to maintain minimal exposure to stay within the governing parameters of the American Psychological Association (APA) and preserve client integrity and confidentiality.

Diagnosing the Problem

Dr. Rizzo’s key issue was the need for a website to inform clients about her practice and to capture leads interested in therapy. The design of the website was critical–in the simplicity the client asked for, in its reflection of a therapeutic atmosphere, and in funneling of clients toward the lead capture consultation form
